Silly Houston....

1. Knitting is relaxing, and I have only heard of a small group of my friends how knit reguarly...I'll teach you sometime
2. Why should woman shave if there is no reason? I don't mind, nor does Steve, or anyone else that sees them...except Eric, and Chelsea (I did shave when I went dancing last weekend!)
3. You love my burt out hippie ways
4. I do my own taxes...thats bad that mommie has to do yours!!
5. To be gay and to parade around, only caring that people know that you are gay is unproufound; however, if you act civilized than it is fine. I find no problem with gay couples together. People who don't flaunt the fact they are straight, so you shouldn't flaunt that you are homosexual. However, no one makes fun of people who are straight, and shouldn't bother them if they are homosexual either.
6. I think people in their late 60's and over should be tested when they have to renew their license for reaction times and such...but dieing in holes just for your rates to lower is dumb, people have lives, and aren't willing to be shunned to the confindes of their homes much like you aren't.

I’m honest when I want to be, a true friend to those in need and those in want of a friend. I am trustworthy, but also know how to get myself out of trouble, when I cause michief. I love english, history, photography, volleyball, and physcology. I don’t care about an unmade bed, or a cluttered room, and hate fixed order. I’m smart and very talented in my own aspects and many aspects of others. Most of the time I’m hysterical and enjoy witty conversation. I enjoy good company, and going to rock concerts feeling absolute bliss. I’m mresponsible and have any goals in life to obtain. I get along with my teachers, and peers. I would give anyone the shirt off my back if they asked twice and I would walk through fire to save anyone for the sheer fact of giving. I don’t get emotionally attached very easily, due to factors in the past tainting my opinions of many, but tend to show great affection. I have no tolerance for pettiness and stupidity, especially in places where it should not be expressed in great commodies. I’m very clumsy and occasionally forgetful of important things. My forgetfullness never seems to effect me for it doesn't matter if I complete the first task, if only I enjoy the one I do complete. I have gained a great essence for life, but am occasionally naive in decision making. I occasionally enjoy my withdrawl from the world around me but I always come back to my surroudings when I’m ready and see fit. I don’t mind being in large groups of people, I easily make friendships, and enjoy myself around people I have just met. I hate disappointing myself and others. I’m optimistic and almost always in a good mood; however, at times I feel glooomy and tired. I need alone time in the midst of the morning, when the only sounds are winds blowing against my window. I prefer the darkness than any type of shadow in the day. I prefer summer than the winter. I love the sounds of the ocean, and the swaying of dune grass. I like staying up all night and sleeping all day. I have to sleep with the light on, and love waking in the sunshine. I like staying in my pajamas, lying under the nice warm covers and absolutly love water beds. I love the feeling on my skin after swimming in the ocean in the winter, and love running in sand. I love the smell of freshly cut grass, and often star gaze. I love working with kids and seeing their innocence I never had. I hardly ever cry, because of my lack to show emotions. At times I have a hard time expressing my feelings. My heroes are Janis Jopelin, Jack Keruac, and Henry David Thoreau. I give good advice and people often come to me with their problems. I pride myself on my nonjudgemental personality and tend to never spread rumors. I try to be a good listener, and truly concern myself with all aspects surrounding me. I believe in pro choice for abortion and am a liberal socialist. I try never to contradict myself or change my opinions due to someone elses but am full of idiosyncrasies. I prefer people to walk with their heads up, and love pirates. I hate talking on the phone, but prefer long talks on paper passed back and forth. I enjoy indie music, and love being dirty. I hate combing my hair, and never use conditioner. I think my hands look funny with rings on them, and painted, but think my toes look cute. I die for good back massages, and love human touch. I am absolutly human, as are you.

Rebellious
You're a natural born trouble-maker. You hate
authority and do everything you can to get
around the law, or in some cases, break it.
Naturally stubborn, you hardly ever sway once a
decision is made. Your nature is fiery and
courageous, and always out-going. You love
attention and usually have kinky fetishes
you're not afraid to explore. People either
love you or hate you.

Keep on rollin'

I always seem to find unusual names and logos absolutly hilarious. And today, in the bathrooom of Bess Eaton I noticed one on the toliet paper dispenser one that proved to hold enough character for me to talk about it. I'm not sure weither the company wanted to be different, or the name was already taken, but they had to shorten it by one letter.

It read "RollMastr" instead of "Rollmaster"; and this one letter difference made me chuckle. The one girl, Nicole who I was working with had no idea what was going on, which made things even funnier.

I found it pleasantly hilarious, and I continued my day without any other distractions altering my coffee serving abilities!!

I got the money, if you got the stuff

Last night Adam Fiske and I went to see Big Fish at the Entertainment cinema in South Kingstown. It was a cute chick/ family flick. "Damn movies today are just so..." I kept looking over my left shoulder as if I was missing something, but everytime I looked over I couldn't see anything peculiar. It was a nice way to spend three hours, especially because we missed ouit going to the zoo, on free zoo day together. JERK, CAN'T EVEN REMEMBER HIS TELEPHONE NUMBER! Alas, I digress...off to watch bball? with Tom!!

Saturday, January 10, 2004

In previous weeks, New years came and pasted with many new meetings, too many empty red cups to count, and a plethora of wrongdoings that began my new year with a kiss and a shot! Also school began again, and already I am playing catch up with work, but I don't mind as much as I used to.

Drivers education will conclude on next Thursday, and exams will begin in another three weeks I do believe, and yet I have not began thinking about studing. Too busy reading the many things I have to, and writing all the papers that seem to be do last week.

Yesturday I signed up for the gym down the street called Sivlas fitness center, and at first I will admit I was skeptical due to the small space and the fact it was used as our old post office. However, I walked in ready to begin, signed away ninty dollars for the next two months of membership, and walked briskly to the back of the room to find only two other people occupying the room, one Ben Jordon, my health teacher on the tread mill, and a man concintrating on free weights was in the front whom I was very adament not to distrub. I talked nervously to the owner, Carlos and jumped on the tred mill after Mr. Jordon left. I had forgotten my routine at the gym from last year, so began to stroll around, looking and planning out what I was going to do. Carlos began to walk over to me, asking me questions if I had ever worked out before, and if I needed any help. I replyed confindently that I knew what I was doing, and thanked him for his offer to help. Instead of going back to his desk, he stood about six feet behind me, watching my form, and speaking about my strenth, and great form. I was shocked he was still around, but thanked him even still. I began to place weights on the bar, to bench press and I only put twenty pounds on each side, because the bar is 45 itself, but he quickly spoke out that I should add ten more to each side, because 85 seems easy for me. And of course, I felt big and strong and put more on, doing my usual 3 sets of 15 reps apiece, and felt alittle wobble but continued even still. I felt great for hours after because of all the adrenaline, but I knew I was going to be sore the next day. I forgot to take precaution of the heavy work out I was taking on the first time back in a gym after 8 months, and this morning, I awoke stuck in one postion too weak to move. It was horrible, but I aventually stretched, and felt alittle better; however much I love feeling sore the next day, I'll be careful of my work outs ahead.
